Hot Wheels Market is a collector-to-collector marketplace for catalogue identity, listings, offers, auctions, ISO demand, orders, fulfilment updates, ratings, and moderation. The private beta is intended for adults who can legally enter an agreement. Use one account, keep your credentials private, and provide information that is accurate enough for fulfilment and trust decisions.
A listing must describe the exact catalogue variant being offered. Casting → release → variant is the identity chain; the listing records the seller's physical item. Carded and uncarded are packaging states, not condition grades. Sellers must accurately disclose condition, packaging, photos, quantity, price, shipping expectations, and known defects, and must have the right to sell the item. A catalogue suggestion is not canonical until an operator approves it.
An offer, accepted counter, bid, auction result, or accepted ISO response is recorded as a stateful commitment. Submit one only when you intend to proceed on the displayed terms. Do not shill, manipulate bidding, submit misleading offers, or accept multiple buyers for the same item. The platform is authoritative for auction timing, ordering, and state; if a commitment cannot be completed, use the available cancellation or dispute path and explain what happened.
The buyer supplies an address before the seller dispatches. The seller must provide truthful carrier and tracking details and update shipment status as it changes. The buyer should inspect the parcel, confirm delivery when received, and keep relevant evidence. The platform's order record is an operational aid; it is not a courier, insurer, payment processor, or substitute for a direct buyer–seller agreement.
Cancellation is available only in the order states shown by the platform. Buyers may request a return where the order permits it; sellers must approve or reject it through the recorded workflow and update return movement truthfully. Open a dispute promptly when an item, shipment, identity, or commitment is materially different from what was agreed. Operators may review evidence, moderate content, restrict accounts, or preserve records for an investigation. Because payments are not processed by the platform in this release, the platform cannot issue a payment refund or reverse an off-platform transfer.
Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, unsafe, unlawful, or misleading goods and content are not allowed. Do not upload private documents, another person's personal data, or images you do not have permission to use. Images may be checked by an automated moderation provider. Report suspicious listings, abuse, fraud, or privacy issues through the operator's published support channel; operators may remove content, cancel activity, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts to protect the community.
Hot Wheels Market does not currently process buyer payments, hold customer funds, provide escrow, split settlements, or pay sellers. An order record is not a receipt and does not prove that money moved. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing a lawful payment and delivery arrangement independently, checking the counterparty, and keeping their own evidence. Do not send money merely because an order exists in the platform.
Price observations are recorded with their source, condition, packaging, region, and verification state. Community estimates and market summaries are informational, can be sparse or wrong, and are not financial advice or a promise of future value. User-submitted text and images remain the user's responsibility; by submitting them, the user permits the platform to store, display, moderate, transform, and use them to operate the marketplace.

Operators may review activity, correct or archive catalogue records, remove content, restrict accounts, and preserve records where needed for safety, moderation, disputes, or legal obligations.
